At the Haas School of Business in UC Berkeley, every year the MBA students hold a retreat to work and bond together. As part of the activities, they go through a thought experiment to envision future trends and then develop business plans that would help companies thrive under those conditions. An identity and visual system were designed for the facilitation tools used at the retreat, as well as individual illustrations that helped envision and discuss each of the hypothetical scenarios.
